*Registration Information

The workshop will involve “playing” together with the participants to understand the concept of the artwork and the story of the Leung Shuen Bay School.

Participants will each receive 2-3 balls of different sizes and materials. They will be invited to roll the balls out of the artwork according to the “score” prepared by the creative team, creating rhythms of different pitches in the installation and harmonising with the sounds in the environment.

Participants are welcome to bring their own balls, preferably not larger than a tennis ball, to the workshop. In the improvisational sound session towards the end of the workshop, we will experiment with the interaction between different materials, sizes of spheres, and the sounds of the artwork.

Registration Information

The online registration will be open from 2 Nov (Wed) 10am on a fortnightly basis, for the coming 2-4 weeks upon the system’s update. The registration schedule is as follows:

*Public may register for the programmes and guided tours that are still available for booking from the previous period. Quotas are limited and registration is open on a first-come-first-served basis. For programmes/guided tours that are already full, a waiting list with 20 quotas is available for signing up. If any successful registrants withdraw from the event, notification will be sent to registrants on the waiting list in their order of registration. They will need to confirm the registration within 24 hours upon receipt of the notification to get the place.
