Kau Sai Village is located in the southern part of Kau Sai Chau. People who originally lived on boats by the shore gradually moved to settle and live ashore. Nowadays, Kau Sai Village still has a strong fishing village culture. Items and skills related to fishers’ lives are still preserved on the island. Large-scale celebrations of the Hung Shing Festival are even held every year.

Fishing may be something that ordinary people have little contact with, but for the fishers, it is a living skill. The guided tour will travel with you through Kau Sai Village with more than 200 years of history, understand the living wisdom of the fishers, and present the life scenes of the past through artworks, as well as feel the cherish of fishing culture.
