A combination of sports and art, this programme takes an introductory class of beginner mountain runners on a relaxing and safe tour of High Island, to get to know the other side of the concrete jungle, and finally to stand at the Pak A Pavilion to appreciate the artworks on the island, for a soul-cleansing journey.
Collaborator’s Introduction:
The Peak Hunter was established in 2015, starting from the first class in 2015, with the goal of raising the standard of local trail running and pursuing the peak together! Apart from organising regular training classes for the public to teach information on mountain safety, trail running skills and environmental conservation, we have also been collaborating with public and private organisations on different thematic projects, and have co-organised or hosted several cross-country running competitions to actively promote trail running in Hong Kong.
Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival 2023 has successfully concluded.
Thank you for your support!
The artworks will continue to be displayed on the islands.
You are welcome to explore the islands on your own.
The next Arts Festival will be held at the end of 2024,
please stay tuned for our updates! Joy Again, Isle!
