Inviting villagers and participants to plant appropriate species around the artwork together with the artists, to explore the correlation between salt, nature, environment, and glass recycling. As the “Glazed Island” is a semi-transparent and porous platform that allows sunlight and rain to pass through, vegetation will be able to grow from beneath, creating an art piece that blends into the natural environment and gradually changes with time.
