Caa4 gwo2 (tea cake) is one of the famous Hakka traditional foods. This year when you visit Yim Tin Tsai, besides having a bite of the tea cake, you may also join the villagers for making one by yourself! The villagers will also share their Hakka living stories to you during the process. Let’s get to learn more about the rural culture and experience the hospitality and warmth of the Hakka by joining the workshop.
