Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival 2024 is now inviting local (Hong Kong based) and international (non-Hong Kong based) creative talents including designers, architects and artists, etc. to create public artworks. The selected proposals will be developed and the artworks will be exhibited at Kau Sai Chau (Kau Sai Village) and High Island (Tung A Village) during this year’s Arts Festival period.

The second event of the Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival was held on 15 November 2023 – 14 January 2024 on Yim Tin Tsai, Sharp Island, Kau Sai Village, High Island and Sai Kung town. The two winners of the open call are as follows:
