In line with the Sai Kung Hoi Arts Festival theme “Joy Again, Gather”, Liquorles presents a captivating non-alcoholic mixology class that celebrates reunion and the natural richness of Sai Kung Hoi.

This hands-on workshop invites participants to immerse themselves in a creative and communal atmosphere. Focused on non-alcoholic beverages, the workshop promotes a healthy lifestyle while allowing you to engage with the community and explore your creativity. Immerse yourself in the island’s charm under the sea breeze and sunshine, and savour the unique flavours and resources of the Sai Kung islands.

We offer three distinct workshops, each featuring a unique ingredient native to the Sai Kung islands. These ingredients will be used to craft drinks that capture the essence and distinct flavors of Sai Kung Hoi. In each session, participants will have the opportunity to craft their own drinks, sip, share, and enjoy them by the seaside of Yim Tin Tsai.

During her recovery, Jennifer chose to avoid alcohol and, inspired by the incredible array of non-alcoholic options she discovered in Australia, she decided to bring this trend to a wider audience. Her vision was to create a space where individuals could enjoy mindful and satisfying social experiences without relying on alcohol.
