Put aside language and engage in dialogue through the body, where everything is expressed without words.
In interpersonal communication, 93% of effective communication comes from “nonverbal” cues. In this workshop, we aim to establish a deeper understanding of oneself and others through touch, connection, and improvisational interactions. We will explore the experience of being understood and understanding others. Starting with body communication, we aim to break down barriers between individuals with others and the environment.
People of all ages are welcome to join, including children, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, and friends. Let’s come together across generations and have a body date in nature.
No dance experience is required. As long as you are willing to open up your body, you can participate.
